This notice concerns the PET pre-launch landing page and email registration program. It does not describe all data practices of the future PET mobile application. A separate or updated policy will be made available before those features launch.

PET | Portugal Essential Travel App (“PET”) is a project of Diversified Support and Consulting Services - Specializing in Technology LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We manage the PET pre-launch waiting list and Founding 50 promotional registration.

When you sign up through our MailerLite landing page, we collect the email address you provide, your consent selection, and related registration or confirmation records, such as signup and confirmation timestamps. Our website and service providers may also process technical information needed to operate, secure, and measure the page, such as IP address, browser or device information, and diagnostic events.
3. Why we use this information
- To maintain the PET pre-launch waiting list and contact you about PET's launch.
- To identify eligibility for the limited Founding 50 introductory offer and provide redemption instructions when available.
- To send occasional PET announcements and updates where you have agreed to receive them.
- To operate and protect the registration page, investigate misuse, and maintain relevant records.
For email marketing and launch communications, we rely on your consent. Some limited processing may also be necessary for legitimate operational or security interests or to comply with legal obligations, where applicable.
4. MailerLite and other service providers
We use MailerLite to provide the registration form, maintain the subscriber list, and send emails. MailerLite may process personal information for us under its applicable terms and privacy provisions. See MailerLite's Privacy Policy.
We may also use website hosting, security, and analytics providers as necessary to operate the site. We do not sell subscriber email addresses.
5. Consent and unsubscribing
Signing up is voluntary, and no payment is required. You may withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
6. Founding 50 offer
The introductory offer is intended for the first 50 eligible, confirmed registrations, subject to the published promotional terms. Submitting an email does not activate a paid plan, guarantee a place among the first 50, or create a charge. Eligible subscribers will be contacted with further instructions when the offer is available.
7. International data processing
Because our business and service providers may operate across borders, information can be processed outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, international transfers will be supported by appropriate legal safeguards.
8. How long information is kept
We keep registration and consent information only as long as reasonably necessary to administer the pre-launch program, send communications you requested, address disputes, or meet applicable legal requirements. You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time. We review subscriber records as the launch campaign concludes rather than keeping unused registrations indefinitely.
9. Your rights
